Administrative Assistant/Program Associate, Strategic Partnerships & Advancement

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Santa Fe Institute (SFI), the not-for-profit global headquarters for complex systems science, is currently looking for a tech-savvy person to support our Strategic Partnerships team (SP). SP is responsible for disseminating SFI's insights beyond academia. The successful candidate will have excellent facilitation skills and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.

Compensation: $18/hour

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy
• Outstanding communication skills, over the phone, via email, and in person, with our partners and internal departments
• Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills
• 3 years administrative experience supporting an executive or executive team.
• Excellent computer skills: including MAC/PC proficiency, database experience, and data entry.
• Event planning experience is a plus.
