Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Under the direction of the vice president, this position will manage the Las Cruces Area Office and provide administrative support services to the OLAO vice president and upper management staff in the areas of fiscal, human resources and program operations. Must be resourceful, a good problem solver, organized, detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner are essential, as well as the ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office management and administration
• Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as strong word processing skills and use of financial system applications
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be bilingual
