Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for effective execution of HR support functions including recruiting, researching employment laws, policies, procedures, reporting, compliance, and administrative functions. You will Maintain employee confidence; protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential; and maintain an awareness of federal and state employment related laws and regulations.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position updates HRIS with employee changes/data entry as needed; assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations; and reports to the Director of Human Resources.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA degree in Human Resources or other relevant field preferred. This position requires a HS diploma or equivalent; 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified; strong computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite, web-based applications and HR-related systems; able to prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities; and exceptional people and communication skills (both verbal and written). Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
