Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for providing: secretarial/administrative support to the Executive Director in the areas of scheduling and calendar management; meeting preparation, including record, transcribe and distribution of minutes of meetings; monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications; answer and manage incoming calls; receive and interact with incoming visitors;

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Prepares and designs general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.; liaise with internal staff at all levels and other duties as requested.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position prefers a Bachelor’s degree, High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in related field preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills are required; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Must be able to work occasional evenings. Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to relate to the public.
