Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who brings demonstrated competence in modern office practices, procedures and technology. In this high visibility role, candidates’ will performs administrative support for the executive team and Foundation staff. The Administrative Assistant promotes client service first and works with the team to deliver on the mission of the Foundation.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Greeting and direct visitors; screening and routing telephone calls. Tracking, monitoring and reporting on building maintenance/repairs, IT issues, office moves/logistics, equipment installation, etc. Preparing Board of Directors meeting packets; Arranging meetings and conferences; scheduling interviews and appointments, making travel and lodging arrangement, either directly or through travel agencies.
