Administrative Assistant, Finance/Operations

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and VP/Chief Strategic Officer in the areas of general administration, board and committee support, contract and grant administration and seasonal campaign, event and front desk support.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Performs daily finance and campaign operational tasks
• Updates monthly financial dashboards
• Takes and distributes committee minutes
• Performs Human Resources administrative tasks
• Makes travel Arrangements – non-executive
• Processes & distributes the daily mail
• Updates the donor database, UWCNM website, and internal rosters
• Updates annual Volunteer Tracking Report
• Processes Credit Card Expense Reports

Required:
Flexibility and a team player attitude
Proficient using and creating documents in Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to sort and analyze data and work with reports
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to track multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to exercise tact and good judgment
Strong telephone and customer service skills
High School diploma or GED
