Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the Manager of Leadership Affinity Groups and, as needed, the Director of Tocqueville Society. This position will manage and document administrative processes in support of all Affinity Groups, their councils, and committees. The Administrative Assistant will record and distribute meeting minutes for Affinity Group Councils, committees, and other meetings when called upon.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Send invitations, track RSVPs, and set up room and catering as needed. The successful candidate will also support the entire process of direct mail donation requests. Additional responsibilities include managing Chief Development Officer’s business credit card expense report, providing administrative support to the President & CEO in the absence of his Administrative Assistant, provide phone coverage for front desk as assigned, and assist other departments on projects and events as needed.
