Administrative Assistant - Advancement

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of the St. Pius X High School Advancement team and is responsible for providing logistical support for special events, alumni relations, annual giving, advancement correspondence, and managing the department website content.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Additional duties are to serve as the receptionist for the office, including first point of contact to the public and handling the phone.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum qualifications include; excellent computer skills, writing, proof reading, data entry, ability to relate to the public and interact with various groups, a High School diploma, and working with events. Preference will be given to those proficient in Microsoft (word, excel, office, publisher, etc.), managing an office, working in fund raising, writing, website content, and an Associate’s degree. (40 hours per week)
