Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Administrative Assistant for Advancement - The Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of the St. Pius X High School Advancement team and is responsible for providing logistical support for special events, the alumni relations program and Foundation Board. Additional duties are to serve as the receptionist for the advancement office, maintain inventory and ordering of office supplies, and data entry.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum qualifications include; excellent computer skills, ability to relate to the public and interact with various groups, a High School diploma, and working with events. Preference will be given to those proficient in Microsoft (word, excel, office, etc.), managing an office, working in fund raising, and an Associate’s degree.
