General Administrative Responsibilities:
• Prepare bill/rent assistance program checks
• Receive invoices/bills that require payment, prepare checks
• Monitor email
• Answer phone
• Create, maintain filing system
• Assist with annual financial audit
• Assist with volunteer scheduling
• Take staff/board meeting minutes
• Enter data
• Other administrative duties

• Co-manage donor database, generate thank you letters, maintaining current donor relationship task lists
• Enter weekly donations in database
• Check donor website portals weekly
• Enter/update contacts in database
• Maintain social media calendar and assist with timely messaging
• Assist with development/fundraising events
