Main Areas of Responsibility: 

AILC seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide customer service, support a small staff, and oversee the efficient functioning of its office. Associate Degree or Paralegal Certification preferred; at least 3 years' full-time experience overseeing daily functions of an office required. See full job posting at https://www.ailc-inc.org/

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Complete complex tasks with minimal supervision; mastery of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; bookkeeping/payable processing and website-maintenance abilities. Requires: impeccable verbal and written communication skills, strong ability to multi-task, and friendly demeanor. Must take initiative, be a self-starter, and work well under stress, interruptions, and tight deadlines.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must work effectively with wide range of diverse constituencies; problem-solve, answer questions, and evaluate results of performance. Requires: working knowledge of video/web conferencing platforms; knowledge of/sensitivity to Native American culture; valid driver’s license. $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, DOE, plus benefits. COVID-19 precautions and part-time remote work apply.
