Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for scheduling pickup and delivery of furniture and household goods at In-Kind Donation Center. Supervise and schedule volunteers and team drivers, providing administrative support to the Director of Community. Involvement in the areas of receiving and processing incoming orders/calls, database management, preparing reports, and ensuring equipment and truck are properly maintained.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain In-Kind areas (cleanliness and sorting accuracy). This position requires a H.S. Diploma or equivalent; 2 years of administrative/coordinating experience in related field required; excellent written and verbal communication skills are required; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; and bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
