Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for providing administrative support to the Development Office in the areas of gift processing, constituent records and database management, preparing reports and gift acknowledgement letters, scheduling appointments and assistance with giving campaigns and events, writing external communications, maintaining and updating the agency’s website and social media.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Technical capacity and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with donor software and website design preferred. Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in related field preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills required; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
