Main Areas of Responsibility:
The ASRT is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the organization and the ASRT Foundation. This position works within a high-performing, professional atmosphere with internal staff and external groups. The successful candidate will have strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize appropriately, with attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills. This position reports to the Director of Administrative Services.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• General administrative tasks, including correspondence via letters and emails
• Calendar management and meeting set up
• Provide support for meetings, conference calls and webinars conducted by the ASRT, which may happen outside our standard business hours (8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.)
• Process financials through software approval system
• Assist with back-up receptionist duties
• Document organizational processes and work instructions
• Suggest process improvements to streamline work effort
