Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position is part of a team that performs administrative and various support functions for the ASRT and ASRT Foundation. This position works within a high-performing, professional atmosphere with internal staff and external groups. Attention to detail, organizational abilities, strong communication skills and interpersonal skills are essential to the position.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• General administrative tasks, including correspondence via letters and emails.
• Calendar management and meeting setup.
• Support conference calls and webinars with a flexible work schedule, dependent on organizational needs.
• Process financials through software approval system.
• Assist with back-up receptionist duties.
• Document organizational processes and work instructions.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline work effort.
