Type of Job: 
Part-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Pay bills through Intuit business application excluding payroll.
Work with vendors when issues arise.
Work with the CPA firm to allocate bookkeeping bills to appropriate funding source, follow their guidelines for bookkeeping entries and track paperwork for audit purposes.
Answer phones in office.
Scanning and data entry for event attendees, donations and acknowledge donors.
Assist staff with printing needs for events.
Over time, digitally archive organization’s paper documents.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Computer skills, including word, excel. Knowledge of Intuit helpful but Health Action New Mexico can train if necessary.
Strong customer service skills.
Willingness to learn basic work of Health Action New Mexico to assist public on the phone.
Previous office experience.
