Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to staff, including reception, typing, filing, telephone, inventory, scheduling, and mailing duties. The successful candidate is an important liaison between The Grants Collective and the community. Drive, motivation, efficiency, attention to detail, a sense of humor, and independent judgment alongside the ability to take direction are key qualities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Maintains a well-organized and welcoming environment; provides meeting and event support; makes and receives deliveries; monitors/orders supplies; maintains online and physical files; assists with data entry and maintenance of The Grants Collective’s online platform and mailing lists; other duties as assigned.
