Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for providing: administrative support to the Development Office in the areas of gift processing, records and database management of all constituents, preparing reports and gift acknowledgement letters, scheduling appointments and assistance with giving campaigns and events.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position prefers a Bachelor’s degree, High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of experience in related field preferred; experience in web design, organizational social media updates and internet searches required; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; and technical capacity; excellent written and verbal communication skills are required; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
