Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Administrative Assistant will coordinate and facilitate office administration, working closely with the President, Vice-President, bookkeeper & association members. The Administrative Assistant also provides administrative support for programs, membership, marketing and development. Must be able to work in the office 3 days per week (3-4 hours per day) and have flexibility to work one or two Sunday afternoons per month.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

This position would be a particularly good fit for professionals taking care of children, professionals relocating to Albuquerque with their spouse/partner, active retirees and others with professional experience and flexible schedules.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's Degree preferred or at least 3 years experience in similar position; previous administrative experience in an office environment; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; PC proficiency in MS Office & Outlook; excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills; ability to take initiative and work independently. Interest in global affairs important.
