Main Areas of Responsibility:
The administrative assistant will primarily be responsible for answering the program phone. Phone responsibilities include, but are not limited to, giving out program information, relaying messages to other staff, and conducting follow-up calls to former students. The administrative assistant will also be responsible for filing, organizing, and creating binder and file systems.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Additional responsibilities include creating and printing flyers, documents, and spreadsheets. Other office duties will be required as needed.
