Main Areas of Responsibility:
Office and clerical tasks related to class management including:
• Record keeping
• Data entry
• Word processing
• Course registrations
• Preparing materials
• Signs
• Refreshments
• Setting up and taking down classrooms
• Performing other office
• Course management duties as needed
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
RENESAN holds classes Monday-Thursday during two academic terms.
The Administrative Assistant is expected to be in the office Monday-Thursday, 12:00pm-6:00pm, January-April and August-November and additional days as needed.
