Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and office support to the PreK to ensure smooth operations and communications between families, the community and UWSFC programs & administration.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Collect and accurately enter attendance, meal counts, new client registrations, and other data into the UWSFC database
• Prepare and distribute monthly reports
• Inventory and office supplies administration and maintenance
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment
• Translate written materials from English to Spanish, format and create flyers for family events
• Help in the classroom, with food preparation for lunch or snacks, as necessary
