Main Areas of Responsibility:
Maintain administrative, donor and grant files, both hard copies and electronic.
Data entry and managing data entry in DonorPerfect.
Manage donor database and donor acknowledgements
Create reports, graphs, mailing lists and mail merge.
Help with planning and execution of special events.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Coordinate and attend committee meetings, prepare and distribute meeting materials, take minutes and maintain files.
Assist with newsletter and grant proposal editing.
Support public relations and marketing efforts by maintaining collateral materials.
Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned.
