Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Marketing & Program Coordinator Support: Review, collect data, and support other work for the bi-monthly newsletter; Update Mail Chimp as needed; Proofread marketing materials (e-newsletter, graphics, flyers, press releases); Help create flyers and other marketing material as needed; Volunteer Coordinator Support: Update the Volunteer database as needed; Create monthly volunteer calendars; Update News & Notes binder weekly; Help train new volunteers;

Other Information/Requirements: 

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role; Highly organized; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Proficiency in Google Docs; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many interruptions; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks; Pleasant phone manners; Responsive and understanding of seniors; Ability to proofread.
