Administrative Assistant

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Book keeping, phone and email correspondence, banking, filing, payroll, preparation of tax forms, quarterly mailings, monthly email newsletters, report writing, general support of Executive Director and Board of Directors.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Creation of membership database using Access or other software.
Maintenance of website.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must be skilled in Quickbooks, Excel, Internet, database software, and word processing programs. Must be willing to learn website maintenance. Must have the initiative to work independently and think critically about the needs of the organization. May work from home. 20-40 hours/week, pay is negotiable.
