Main Areas of Responsibility:
This position provides support for financial/bookkeeping, clinical client scheduling and general office activities and other duties as requested. Will coordinate the daily activities needed to maintain positive customer service, an organized and efficient work environment and administrative support to reach the goals and deliverables of DVRC programs.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Provide financial office support through data entry. Maintain financial office files, spreadsheets and other documentation systems. Maintain administrative office files, spreadsheets and documentation systems. Inventory, maintain and purchase office supplies, equipment and network. Maintain and update website and media. Provide customer service to clients and other business guests. Maintain and update organizations databases. Provide direct administrative support and assistance to Executive Director.
