Main Areas of Responsibility:
Experienced individual, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to work the front desk. Answer 7 line phone system, greet clients and visitors, sort mail, plan attend and take meeting minutes, order office supplies and other front desk duties at our busy and hectic front desk. As well as perform Accounts Payable duties.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Must have excellent typing, spelling and organizational skills and be able to work in Excel, Word and Outlook. In addition, must have the ability to plan and set priorities. Knowledge of working in Cyma and Accounts Payable experience is preferred, but not required.
