Administration Assistant – Special events & Alumni

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Administrative Assistant serves as a key member of the St. Pius X High School Advancement team and is responsible for providing logistical support for special events and the alumni relations program. Additional duties are to serve as the receptionist for the advancement office. The position is part time to 25 hours per week.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum qualifications include; excellent computer skills, ability to relate to the public and interact with various groups, a High School diploma, and working with events. Preference will be given to those with proficient in Microsoft (word, excel, office, etc.), managing an office, working in fund raising, and an Associate’s degree.
