Main Areas of Responsibility:
The accounting specialist will compile account statements, compute balances and record billing payments for the contracts and grant funding sources. Prepare accounts payable invoices for posting and payment to various vendors. Assurance expenses for payroll and accounts payable vendors and will be responsible for preparing invoices for services rendered or reimbursement of expenses.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
A specialist will be expected to work daily with both paper forms and specialized computer programs when inputting and analyzing account information. Provide support payroll services. Reports to CFO.
