Main Areas of Responsibility:
Accurately record all financial transactions in multiple QuickBooks accounting software (or other software TBD.) Process and correctly code bills, donations, and pledges to appropriate programs and maintain meticulous records/source documents. Process payroll and file/pay payroll taxes. Reconcile multiple bank accounts and credit cards. Maintain multiple tracking spreadsheets and allocate overhead to appropriate programs.
