Main Areas of Responsibility:
Oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations; maintaining high-quality accounting standards. Report directly to the Director of Finance; support leadership through accurate financial reporting & strategic oversight.
Supervise accounting staff, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Oversee all accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. Analyze financial statements and provide insights to management. Perform monthly reconciliations and manage depreciation and allocation schedules. Oversee audit and tax functions. Develop and maintain accounting policies and ensure compliance with corporate and nonprofit standards. Manage benefits, retirement plans, insurance, and multi-site coordination. Prepare and report on grant budgets.
