Main Areas of Responsibility:
Immediate opening for PT Accounting/HR Associate. Successful candidate will handle day-to-day accounting and human resources activities during flexible workweek scheduled at 20 to 25 hours. Responsibilities include A/P, A/R, bank recs & other reconciliations, JE’s, accurate maintenance of budget & inventory information in accounting system, and manage point-of-sale system.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
HR activities include maintenance of employee benefits programs, coordinating online payroll processing with outside firm, upkeep of personnel files, and other HR functions. Must be very organized and able to interact effectively with staff, board, visitors, & vendors. This position requires strong computer and communication skills.
