Main Areas of Responsibility:
Perform clerical level accounting work such as reconcile accounts, pay bills, process payroll, and produce financial reports. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new software. Assist clients in reviewing budget reports and tracking actual expenditures against budgets. Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Accounting Clerk position may be able to work a flexible schedule depending on client needs and payroll schedules. This position will work approximately 30 hours per week in a regular office setting. Work location may be at either the NPBOR office or at a client’s office.
