Main Areas of Responsibility:
Formed in 1989, the New Mexico Community Development Loan Fund dba The Loan Fund is a private, tax-exempt organization. The Loan Fund has successfully assisted hundreds of small business owners and non-profit organizations over the years.
Primary area of responsibility is to be of support to the organizations Controller. The ideal candidate will have accounting experience.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable. Prepare monthly general ledger and loan reconciliations. Conduct research and confer with program managers to resolve reconciliations items. Prepare monthly journal entries. Assist with posting loan receipts into QuickBooks. Help produce accounting, delinquency and other reports as needed from PIDC.
