Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsibilities include:
• Managing bi-weekly payroll using QuickBooks
• Reconciling all payroll related liabilities and expense accounts
• Completing all required state and federal reporting and tax forms
• Process and post payables and receivables
• Prepare monthly financial statement packages for management and board review.
• Oversee annual audit, including preparation of year-end statements.
• Prepare annual IRS 990 return.
