Main Areas of Responsibility:
The position is not an entry level position and will require a great deal of experience, ingenuity, and understanding of nonprofit accounting and GAAP principles for multi-program accounts in excess of $3 million annually. Directly supervise a Bookkeeper, and additional staff, as program budgets grow.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Assist with coordination of the annual budgeting process. Prepare monthly journal entries and ensure accuracy of monthly financial reports. Analyze financial information and create cash flow projections and forecasts as requested. Review grant funding applications and contracts and prepare budgets and financial reports for funders and funding requests.
