Main Areas of Responsibility:
Identifying major gift prospects, keeping information and data on prospects and donors and creating a personalized engagement plan for each individual prospect and donor, with collaboration from multiple levels in the organization. Securing gift commitments by executing the personalized engagement plans for prospects in his/her portfolio and partnering with other staff and volunteers as appropriate. Staffing the Founders’ Circle Committee.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Works with the ABQ Managing Director to ensure the successful completion of the Campaign for Albuquerque, particularly Phase III of The Hiland renovation, in accordance with the goals of the long-range business plan
This position will maintain a proactive timeline for volunteers and executive staff members, and create appropriate marketing and donor recognition materials in cooperation with other members of the Advancement team.
