ABQ Director of Major Gifts

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for identifying major gift prospects, managing information on prospects and donors and creating a personalized engagement plan for each, interacting with the Sr. Mgmt and Development Teams, Board members and volunteers. The ABQ Director of Major Gifts will secure gift commitments for prospects in his/her portfolio, maintain a proactive timeline, and cooperatively create marketing and donor recognition materials.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum five years’ experience in fund development, with major gifts or other related experience. Strong knowledge of major giving, trends in the market place and how to promote them.
