21st Century Community Learning Center Program Coordinator

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Oversees the 21st Century Community Learning Centers programming.
• Schedule day-to-day logistics and activities, student mentorship and support, and creating and filing timely and accurate reports.
• Maintain an accurate database, client files and program promotion.
• Track program budget. Oversee the development of program information and outreach materials.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Collaborate with the Executive Director to select, hire and manage teaching artists for the program.
• Collaborate with staff and 21st CCLC school liaisons to recruit and retain students, communicate effectively with families and partner schools and facilitate family engaged events outside of regular workshop time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Demonstrated experience in database management and project coordination a must. Experience in education or youth development, and social justice. Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent preferred. Must be able to pass a background check for employment. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Fluent Spanish/English speaker is a plus.
