Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Office administration
• Telephone communication with staff, patients and other providers
• Scheduling patients and staff to appropriately fill provider panels
• Create & maintain patient files
• Utilize electronic practice management software
• Medical billing
• Handling of payments via cash, check and credit cards
• Create an office practice management standard to be used in all clinics
• Attend staff meetings
• Work with other Administrative Interns and staff on special projects
