Terra V. Winter, PhD

Dr. Terra V. Winter is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Community Foundation of Southern New Mexico, where she has led the organization since 2017. In this role, she oversees philanthropic strategy, community partnership development, and regional grantmaking that supports nonprofits and charitable initiatives across southern New Mexico. Prior to her current role, she served in university advancement and nonprofit development roles, and her work has focused on strengthening community assets and nonprofit capacity across the state.
