Our mission is to educate, legislate, rescue/rehabilitate on behalf of chained or penned dogs all across our communities, country, and world.

* UnChain my Heart Valentine's campaign * Sponsor a foster dog for Christmas campaign * Fence building for chained or penned dogs whose caretakers wish to make better lives for their dogs * Rescue/rehabilitation for chained/penned dogs for caretakers who do not want their dogs anymore and this is why they keep them chained out
