Mission Statement:
To promote appreciation and understanding of Chamber Music Ballet through performance, education, and preservation for the people of Albuquerque and New Mexico within the parameters of financial viability.
Primary Programs:
Ballet Pro Musica Festival is the first Chamber Music Ballet Festival in America---a new entertainment category. It presents virtuosi dancers and musicians from international companies in ballet performances based exclusively on the chamber music repertory---and always with live music. It is presented annually in July/August at the National Hispanic Cultural Center. Festival events include performances, symposiums, and masterclasses.
