Healthcare As a Human Right - Healthcare is a basic human right, and everyone deserves the dignity of access. We prioritize uninsured individuals because they are systematically excluded from our healthcare system and disproportionately burdened by preventable, treatable health conditions.

Free, Low-Barrier Care - Our commitment is simple: if someone needs care, they can receive it. We will offer free care to individuals who are uninsured, without imposing eligibility requirements or “qualification” criteria.

Community First - By remaining independent from federal funds, we are free to design and adapt care to meet the needs of our communities. In the United States, most organizations that care for uninsured patients rely on federal subsidies. Constrained by government mandates and administrative burden, these clinics are often unable to respond effectively to local needs. As a new kind of healthcare nonprofit, we remove these barriers. Our priority is to maintain close, continuous communication with our patients, striving for a care model that truly reflects the community it is meant to serve. Without federal support, we rely on grassroots fundraising.
