The mission of Vet-Her-An Enterprises, LLC is to provide emergent and stable accommodations for victims of domestic violence, women veterans and their families, and runaway youths from the LGBTQ+ community. The organization aims to enrich the quality of life for these individuals by offering guidance, workshops, and a supportive community environment.
Mission Expansion
In addition to providing emergent and stable accommodations, Vet-HER-an Enterprises, LLC will integrate job readiness programs into our services, ensuring that our clients are not only housed but also equipped with the skills necessary for sustainable employment. This approach aligns with our mission to enrich the quality of life for women, veterans, and LGBTQ+ youths by offering comprehensive support tailored to their unique needs.
• Job Readiness Training: Develop workshops focusing on resume writing, interview skills, and job search strategies. Collaborations with local businesses will facilitate job placement opportunities for program participants.
• Federal Contract Opportunities: Actively seek and apply for federal contracts that support job training and employment services. This will be achieved by aligning our programs with the criteria set forth in SAM.gov, ensuring compliance and eligibility for funding.
• Collaborative Partnerships: Forge partnerships with local workforce development agencies and educational institutions to provide training programs and certifications that enhance employability.
• Peer Mentorship Programs: Establish mentorship programs pairing clients with successful professionals in various fields. This will foster networking opportunities and provide guidance on career development.
