Mission Statement:
To stimulate and promote fine art lithography through education, research, and creative projects in the United States and abroad.
Primary Programs:
Education/Research - Tamarind offers the only collaborative printer training program in the world; this program, together with our annual workshops in advanced techniques for teachers of lithography, continues to attract students from across the US and abroad. International Outreach - In recent years we have hosted printers and artists in other countries, including Mexico, Chile, Germany and Russia. In our commitment to advancing the highest artistic standards in printmaking, we continue to invite artist who play a role in the development of contemporary art.
