Mindful Somatics Institute is committed to offering top quality somatic (especially mindful somatic) education to the general public with the least possible access barriers, especially financial ones.
Primary Programs:
MSI offers sessions, classes, workshops and retreats to the general public in the field of mindful somatics (the synthesis of mindfulness and somatics practices). We are a broadly focused educational organization which, beyond offering low or no cost educational opportunities to the general public, seeks to offer opportunities for primary and secondary research as well as teacher training in the mindful somatics field.
