Sandia Preparatory School provides remarkable opportunities for intellectual and personal growth within a challenging and balanced program. As an extension of our families, Sandia Prep's diverse community inspires students to find their academic focus, talents and creativity.

Primary Programs:

Nationally recognized college prep academics for grades 6-12 taught by experienced, credentialed faculty within a balanced, well rounded program.

Award-winning fine and performing arts. No-cut athletics.

Nationally accredited outdoor leadership program. Wide variety of activities, including large voluntary community service program. Warm, supportive atmosphere characterized by strong teacher-student relationships and a focus on the individual student

Small classes with a 8 to 1 student-teacher ratio on campus. Unique advisory program pairs students with a trusted adult advocate. Parental involvement is welcomed and encouraged.

Critical thinking and writing skills emphasized. Students are encouraged to take intellectual risks in an atmosphere that  promotes self-esteem and individuality. One hundred percent of graduates attend a four-year college or university; many receive merit scholarship awards.
