Mission Statement:

The Four Corners Foundation is dedicated to identifying and creating awareness of those in need and connecting people, business, and organizations who aspire to enrich and transform our Four Corners Community.

Primary Programs:

The Four Corners Foundation is addressing a serious local problem – chronic homelessness. Together, we are creating a solution by expanding the capacity for effective programs and services for the homeless at A Path Home.

A Path Home is a monumental project by any standard, reflecting our community’s deep commitment to care for people in need. Construction of the $3.5 million dollar emergency and transitional housing development was completed in June 2014. Since opening its doors, twice as many homeless individuals and families with children have received help with basic human needs; shelter, food, and clothing.
