Los Alamos Visiting Nurse Service

We provide Home Care services which include:

Skilled Nursing care including maternal child health, psychiatric nursing and wound/ostomy specialist as well as our highly skilled Registered Nurses many of whom are certified in care giving).

Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology, Medical Social Services and Home Health Aide assistance are also provided.

Our Hospice team includes RN’s, trained in Palliative Care and Pain Management, the services of a Physician acting as our Medical Director and all the therapeutic and support services provided under our Home Care Program. Additionally, the Hospice Program includes Pastoral Care, Bereavement services, Volunteer services, Medical Equipment and supplies, prescription medications, Respite Care and continuous Home Care when indicated. Services are available in the service area under written Physician orders and a Plan of Care specific to the individual needs of the client. Care is reimbursed through Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Comp and Many Private Insurance Companies.
